We have activity starting throughout the day and night, we have had shifts starting from 3.00 am in the morning right the way through to the middle of the night.
Night And Day
Our campaigns are always managed regardless of day or night. All staff will not be signed off into a booking unless they pass pre shift telephone checks, this is usually the night before the activity takes place. On every shift all staff are sent automated SMS reminders approx an hour before the shift, just to give them a polite reminder about their activity. Our campaign admin team then insure they arrive on time with telephone sign in to the activity.
On some of our campaigns the promotional staff are working in direct contact with the client but for those where the staff are remote to their managers but constantly keep in contact with the staff, collate feedback and insure they are doing the job they are supposed to be doing.
Data, Data, Data
After every piece of activity, how ever long or short our teams complete custom designed campaign feedback forms allowing us to record information for our clients.
