To provide butlers to personally deliver hundreds of prizes to Celebrity Cruises employees nationwide
We were tasked with reaching award-winning Celebrity Cruises travel agents across the UK and Northern Ireland to surprise and recognise them for all of their hard work as part of their internal rewards scheme.
What We Did
- Recruited & trained a team of ‘butlers’ to travel nationwide
- Provided mapping & planning to meet employee schedule
- Full management of campaign aspects including logistics, vehicles & costumes
- Bespoke feedback & image collation for content creation
- Fulfilment & storage of reward bags tailored to each recipient
5 days of nationwide activity to reward amazing employees & invigorate productivity
The aim of this campaign is to create a magical moment for incredible Celebrity Cruises employees that have worked tirelessly the previous year to make customers’ breaks and holidays amazing. This could be at their office or at home (if that was their office) but we had to schedule our butlers to be in each area specifically when that recipient would be working. Each receieved a bespoke prize tailored to their achievements, and our butlers were also accompanied by regional managers and representatives from the area.
Our amazing butler team travelled hundreds of miles in rented vehicles over 5 days, making sure that Celebrity Cruises’ employees knew that their brand valued their hard work with a well deserved Celebrity Moment.
