Client Logins
During longer term promotions which are data heavy such as merchandising, retail visits or road-shows we have streamlined the reporting systems to allow real time snapshots of the campaigns.
Custom Built Client Areas
Building on our online reporting systems will will send clients login details to our back office system.
Here we can present the feedback both in data format and graphically. Average distribution rates, feedback from the public and feedback from the teams can be illustrated and viewed at any time. This way you as the client can see the campaigns taking place, see feedback and react to this as the campaigns happen. This allows you to change timings, shift volumes, shift durations based on feedback from the teams.
Not only is this system great for feedback but it also allows data to be submitted at the end of a day's work. We have used this with great success on multiple merchandising projects where the clients did not have the budget for wireless PDA systems. Analogue reporting forms completed in the field were transferred to our digital systems allowing our clients to see the reach and successes as the campaign unfolded. Not only was this great in terms of data transmission but it also allows clients to crtique POS placement on a daily basis and allow us to go back to the teams with ways to improve their activity.

Wireless Handhelds
Need data in real time and cannot wait for data to be processed at the end of a working day?
We also operate a standalone client extranet which is wirelessly connected. This means data capture in the field is instantly transferred through to an online database. This means as data is collected, maybe at a show or even for complex merchandising activity the data comes back to you instantly. Stock issues, damaged point of sale can be dealt with as the problem arises. You are supplied with a complete web based login allowing you to see data and photography linked to each individual entry. Yes there is a cost for this, but in time sensitive promotions this additional cost will far outweigh the downtime.
