The Brief:

To provide full set up, staffing & support for a multi-layered annual event

We were tasked with providing a consistent team for Gin Foundry’s annual celebration of all things gin, with staff working across a number of roles selling products, managing the bar & assisting with distiller masterclasses.

Campaign Overview

Making sure that attendees & organisers get the most out of the event through event support

Our events team assisted Gin Foundry during their annual Junipalooza event – a celebration of all things gin, with the opportunity to taste over 100 gins. We provided both a set up team that also helped de-rig the event after the weekend, along with a full events team to support across a number of roles. With so many types of gin on offer to taste, it was only fitting that attendees could purchase those they liked best from a staffed Gin Kiosk.

Our team were responsible for making sure that all distillers and hosted masterclasses were fully stocked with ice, garnishes and equipment to make sure that the event schedule ran flawlessly. Alongside this they prepared all retail items to be sold, wrapping and boxing each item before using their POS system to track the sale.
