Staff Training

Working with our clients we will create and distribute training manuals to allow our teams to be fully up to speed with their role and responsibilities once on site.  We can organise central training days or simply allow our clients to test the teams on their pitch, role and responsibilities with telephone interviews. We are completely transparent on this, which means that when staff are finalised both you the client and eXecutional are satisfied with staff choice and training.

Merchandising, Sales & Relationship Building

Promotional teams can simply install or update point of sales materials in the fiercely competitive independent retail market or actively sell new products on a sale or return basis.  We know that frequent visits are key to establishing relationships with shop managers and owners.
