Not all promotional staff are geared to execute successful leaflet distribution. You need people who are experienced on being on the street and more importantly prepared to work hard to get your leaflets into your potential customers hands. Believe us, this is not an easy job, imagine standing outside in some of our unpredictable British weather conditions for a 4 hour shift. The staff need to be experienced in leaflet distribution and also provided with the correct clothing to make the shift work.

It is unlikely that you will be able to leaflet within these locations without express permission to do so. After all, promoting in these areas without permission usually means a revenue stream is being avoided for the space owner. One of our account managers will discuss this with you during your first planning call. It is important to remember, that if you are have already booked an event space at these locations then leafleting will more than likely be included in this package. If this is the case we can organise leafleting support staff very quickly. If you haven’t, then consideration needs to be put into organising that permission.

Street Distribution Activity

Regulations governing the distribution of leaflets is constantly changing, differing town, cities and boroughs operate differing approaches. Some adopt legislation, some don’t. It is important to consider time-scales when considering leaflet distribution. Where we can organise our local promotional staff in a matter of days, jumping through the correct hoops with a local council can be very different. Upon your enquiry we will discuss the permits with you, we will also triple check against our database and finally call the local council in question. We will be as transparent as possible with customers making this enquiry and discuss timescales and possible additional charges at the time of your quote.

Leafleting At An Event

If you are attending a specific event such as an exhibition, show or if you are running a roadshow the chances are permission to “promote” will be within the framework of your booking, it is important to triple check that with your event organiser or the person you book your “promotional space” with. It will be incredibly frustrating for you as a client, if when you start you are quickly told you cannot do this! Our account managers will discuss this with you on your first enquiry.
