Tim
Tim Orpen – Managing Director

Tim founded EXECUTIONAL back in 2007 from his bedroom with the aim of creating one of the countries leading implementation agencies. Partnering with brands or their agencies to deliver outstanding results and customer service.

Chris
Chris Davies – Project Manager

Chris is one of our specialist project managers responsible for campaign delivery. Including selecting and booking promotional staff and ensuring they are fully up to speed before their first live day. He loves a Google Spreadsheet too.

Luke
Luke Peters – Project Manager

Luke brings ten years of event management experience to the table. With an eye for detail, Luke oversees much of our campaign deliverables including feedback, photos, and internal staff ratings. He does love a good WATU sign off.

Phil
Phil Griffiths – Communication Manager

Phil oversees much of staff communication and content delivery. Usually found deep in a post activity report or overseeing campaigns during the less sociable times of the week! He’s quite handy in WordPress too.

Steven Birik – Project Assistant

Steven deals with the nitty gritty of our campaigns. He can be found downloading, filing and administering the various nuts and bolts of what we do. He also makes a very tasty chicken wrap.
