We believe it is important to provide our clients with transparent feedback on the campaigns we execute.  After all it is important for future campaign planning to truely understand the real outcome depicted on the ground.  All our campaigns come complete with feedback from our staff, feedback from your target audience and photography from across the campaign shifts.  We do not want to say "yes it was great", when there could be elelements of the campaign we may want to change.  Items such as creative, materials, uniforms, locations and even shift timings need to be looked at and examined to understand the success on the ground.

Online Feedback

As part of any campaign our promotional staff need to fulfill their reporting obligations at the end of each shift.  This can either be to complete our online campaign feedback form (click here to see), which we supply with every campaign or alternatively to complete a custom form.  Yes, our campaign feedback form covers the basics but what if you need more?

Custom Campaign Reporting

For a small additional charge we can create, host and report on specific subjects which you would like to understand from your campaign.  If there are specific points about gender, age, print design etc we can build this into a specific hosting platform.  This can be created to match your brand identify etc to tie in with the rest of the promotion.  During campaigns where we have multiple ongoing shifts it is a great way to look at your campaign in numbers and percentages rather than just subjective feedback.

Photography

All our campaigns feature photography from across a range of locations.  This allows you to see the campaign taking place across multiple sites.  All our promotional staff understand the need to provide accurate photography featuring the work being executed and also members of the public being involved in the campaign.  Where required we will also provide professional photographers to capture the campaign taking place and provide hi resolution photogrpahy for press or internal use.  Please click through to our campaign gallery to see some of our example shots from recent campaigns.
