Terms of Engagement

  • You are registering in order to be provided work on a casual basis.
  • You will be contacted via, phone, SMS, email when there is work in your area.
  • Once registered with eXecutional you will be contacted with work opportunities until you request to be removed.
  • If you have worked for us and been through our payroll process you are required to request a p45 from our accounts department when you want to leave the agency.
  • eXecutional does not guarantee work in your area and is on an as and when basis.

Remuneration

  • Depending on the promotional booking wages will vary.  This will be communicated in the job offer communication.  This will also be communicated in your job briefing document.
  • When wages are communicated for advertising purposes they will be subject to holiday pay.
  • Due to the ad hoc nature of the work provided all holiday pay (at 12.07%) will automatically be paid with your wage.
  • This will be shown in your job briefing documentation and payslip.
  • Wages are paid by BACS on the last Friday of the month that follows your shift, unless otherwise agreed at time of booking.

Penalties

  • Where feedback timesheets are not submitted to eXecutional within 48 hours, wages will be subject to 25% deduction.
  • Where no feedback timesheet is supplied by the end of the month that work takes place, wages will be cancelled.

Expenses

  • Expenses will only be paid where they have been approved and included in the job briefing documentation.
  • Expenses submitted without prior approval will not be paid.

Dress Code

  • Specific dress code information will be provided within your job briefing documentation.  eXecutional require these to be adhered to with the strictest tolerances.

Punctuality

  • Where starts times are communicated within your job briefing information, this is the start of promotional activity.
  • eXecutional reserve the right to reduce wages for lateness where this is reported.
