All of our promotional teams are held in our own custom designed database.  The database allows unlimited lookup criteria of staff and each staff member is hosted with their up to date photos, CV and tax information.

All of our staff are paid through payroll and fulfill all required tax and NI contributions.  The database allows our staff to login and change their addresses, photos, CVs etc so we are always as up to date as possible, but that is just the start.

Top Down Bookings

We understand the need to keep costs as competitive as possible for our campaigns and therefore choose the staff who are most relvevant for the campaign but also those who are closest to the activity.  We do not want to have to charge mileage and overnight allowances for campaigns.  Within seconds we can profile staff within a specific area and notify them of possible upcoming work.  We can zoom from street level and usually be able to see their house right the way up to looking at the whole of the UK.  

This saves us considerable management time and hence why we can be competitive on our staffing costs.

Real Staff!

We will not pretend to host 7,000 promotional staff in our database, instead be transparent with the 3,500 staff who are active in our database system.  We clean our database frequently removing those people who are no longer available.  This way we have an accurate view of our capability across the Uk with update to staff, up to date CVs and photography.
