Dependent on the nature of your event there is a multitude of pre-activity training options available. From simple telephone conferences to dedicated face to face training sessions hosted by our clients or EXECUTIONAL. We make sure that the staff members are fully briefed and ready to hit the ground running.

MANAGEMENT

Having worked in temporary event staffing for over 10 years, we know the importance of closely managing our team. That’s why EXECUTIONAL operate an always-on mentality. So even if we have event staff arriving with our client at 6 am, our office is open from 4.30am. We operate a strict 90-minute pre-activity sign-in process for all of our staff members. Ensuring a prompt, correctly presented arrival at their shift. This includes weekends too, with a dedicated staffing support team working across every weekend day throughout the year.

Our event managers who take overall responsibility of all staff members supplied by EXECUTIONAL. Liaising closely with on-site client or event management teams or running an event with overall management. They may also be responsible for event logistics, driving support vehicles or managing cash takings and floats.
