   Event Staff

Our dedicated Newcastle based staff members work regularly at trade shows, corporate events and exhibitions for our clients. Held in many of the local conference centres, hotels and stadiums that offer out their conference facilities. Our exhibition staff are familiar with being in these professional settings and are well equipped to act and present themselves in the correct manner, offering fantastic customer service to clients and potential customers.

These staff members are usually responsible for sparking initial conversation with potential customers, promoting the product or service then handing them over to the client sales team on-site, or through data capture recording their details for the use of the client to generate into a future sale.

   Product Sampling Staff

We have highly experienced product sampling staff working at a number of locations across Newcastle, inside the Metro Centre, on the high street or even at an outdoor sporting event with sampling bins, where our staff are often handing out pouches and quark pots for a number of large protein brands. Our staff sample everything from chilled food to alcohol to perfume, targeting customers that fit the target market of the brand and ensuring they leave with a positive experience and as much knowledge of the brand as possible.

   Staff for Experiential Marketing Campaigns

Our staff members regularly work on experiential marketing campaigns for some of our biggest clients, whether these be one off event days, tours or roadshows they have great experience taking part in all promotional activities. These campaigns take place in high footfall locations where crowds of people are able to see and take part in the event. Shopping centres like the Metro Centre or Intu, Newcastle Train Station or even outdoors in Eldon Square.

For our staff members working on a promotional event, they would usually be part of a larger team. This usually consists of an event manager, team leader and a number of brand ambassadors working together to ensure every part of the event runs without a hitch from set-up and logistics to any obstacles that might come up on the event day, working together our team will keep everything under control.

   In-store Product Demonstrators

Our in-store product demonstrators spend their days showing potential customers all the great things about a product or service in order to encourage sales of the product and increase brand awareness. Their demonstrations would typically take place in large stores, supermarkets, shopping centres or again, in other high footfall areas like train stations.

Our staff will demonstrate anything from the latest gadgets, to kitchen utensils to lawn mowers and power tools, and can often spend weeks or months promoting these products in one city or all around the country.

   Flyer Distribution

Newcastle city centre is a busy place with many of our distribution staff working on the main high streets daily, handing out leaflets and chatting to the locals about the products and services they are promoting. The role of a distribution staff member is to get as many leaflets or brochures into the hands of potential customers that match their brands target demographic as possible, ensuring they are provided with lots of key brand information through an initial conversation, before they leave with their leaflet or brochure.

Our promo girls or boys that work in flyer distribution are often given branded t-shirts, jackets or other clothing items to wear to ensure it is clear which brand they are representing.

Other Nearby Locations

Although Newcastle is where most of our staff members in the North East are based, they are used to travelling a little further out and can also cover locations such as Gateshead, Durham, Middlesbrough and their surrounding areas. Staff are regularly venturing out of their city for work, so are used to planning their bus routes or checking for nearby parking before they set off for work.
