We created a branded event space within the Aegon Championships taking place at The Queen’s Club over the event-week to speak with attendees about Quorn and drive trial of selected products.

The Brief:

To provide a fully managed product sampling activation at the Aegon Tennis Championship.

Campaign Overview

Driving brand awareness & taste trial for Quorn

The aim of the activity was to drive trial and encourage customers to taste two Quorn products from the branded event stand. Over the course of the championships, thousands of products were sampled by visitors to the stand alongside redeemable vouchers to drive sales post-event.

To further spread awareness and drive trial, the promotional team also sampled throughout other parts of the event area. Visitors also had the opportunity to pose for photos with props and selfie frames to drive engagement through Quorn’s social media channels. EXECUTIONAL distributed more Quorn samples than previous activations at the same location due to the quality of the staffing team and the method of daily delivery of sample stock. A hugely successful activation finalised with a detailed activity report and photos.
